Where Is My Order?

Your Order could be in a couple of places... Our Warehouse, Awaiting Dispatch, with the courier on it's way, or Delivered. The first thing to check is have you received your dispatch notification? If yes, then it's on its way. You can track UK orders via Royal Mail Tracking using your tracking number from your notification. If you haven't got your dispatch notification (don't forget to check junk folders) then your order is awaiting dispatch. 

Why is My Order Late?

Are you sure it's late? Please Double Check the delivery option you selected and don't forget we require up to 3 days to dispatch an order. On rare occasions we do come up against a bump in the road. If your delivery date has passed, please Contact Us and have your order number ready.

Note: During Christmas Couriers are faced with high volumes of parcels so delays are expected. 

Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?

As soon as you place your order, we're on it as we know you need it fast. Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it's already being processed at the warehouse. You'll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We're really sorry to hear that you've received an item that's not in perfect condition. So that we get this fixed please head over to our Returns & Refunds section.
To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you contact us please include the following information:
  • Your Name
  • Email 
  • Contact Number
  • Order Number
  • Reason For Return
  • Photos of Faults

How Do I Return my Order?

1. Request a return via our Return Form.
2. Once you receive a reply, Pack everything up carefully and securely in suitable outer packaging.
3. Include a note in your parcel stating your full name, email address, order number, contact number and reason for return.
4. Once the return is received, it will then be inspected. If everything is 100% your refund will be issued.
Please allow up to 7 working days to process the return. Refunds will be done via the method you paid.
